Return Policy

Return Conditions

All online purchases from www.debutnetworks.com, the official Debut Networks online boutique, have to be returned or exchanged directly with Debut Networks and you may not return your online purchase to any authorized retail stores in the U.S.

All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in its packaging. Once we receive your returned item and it passes quality inspection, your new replacement item will be shipped immediately; or your refund will be processed within 15 days. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are authorized. Any item with signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration of any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns without the Debut Networks return authorization code (RAC), and packages that are improperly packaged, will be refused receipt.

Debut Networks does not refund any shipping fee you paid.

Should you insist on shipping the jewelry back to Debut Networks even though we have denied your return request for any of the reasons provided to you in a written notification, Debut Networks will not be able to re-ship that jewelry back to you and will not make any refund of your payment or any portion thereof.

The request of return replacement must be made within seven (7) days of the date of receipt of items. Items do not necessarily need to arrive at our facility within seven (7) days of the date of sales.

To ensure quality purposes, please include the reason of your return.

Returns and Replacements During Promotion Period
Request on return of purchase that includes free gift(s) or promotional item(s) you must also return the free gift(s) or promotional item(s) in order to receive a full refund.

When a promotional item or a free gift included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item or free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt and inspection. DEBUT NETWORKS is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.
